M8 does not collect, transmit, or share personal information or usage data.

User-created content, including songs, instruments, samples, settings, and audio recordings, is stored in locations selected or controlled by the user.

M8 may access audio inputs when requested by the user for recording. Recorded audio is not transmitted to Dirtywave.

M8 may communicate with other software and connected MIDI devices. Dirtywave does not receive data from these communications.
